Shipping and Returns

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: We do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We offer inexpensive trial sizes of our cosmetic face products. Please purchase samples BEFORE committing to a full-size version.  Doing so allows you to test for color, texture, performance and any possible sensitivities.  If you do not like something about the sample(s) you purchased, simply DO NOT purchase a full-size version. If you're having a problem with an item or items you purchased from us, please call Customer Service at #610-438-8223 during normal business hours so that we may assist you.

*DUE TO THE QUALITIES OF NATURAL COSMETICS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE INGREDIENTS, SOMETIMES THERE CAN BE SLIGHT VARIATIONS IN COLOR, VISCOSITY AND SCENT.  DURING SEASONAL CHANGES IN TEMPERATURE, SOME NATURAL CREME-BASED PRODUCTS MAY BECOME THICKER OR THINNER.  THIS IS NORMAL AND SHOULD BE EXPECTED WHEN PURCHASING NATURAL COSMETICS.  THE CHANGES DESCRIBED HEREIN DO NOT CONSTITUTE AN EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT OF A PRODUCT.


SHIPPING FEES: We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. We ship to the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska & US Protectorates.

DOMESTIC RETAIL ORDER FEES 

•Orders $0.00 to $30.00 may choose INSURED FIRST CLASS for $4.65. (normal delivery is 1-10 days)

•Orders $0.00 to $74.99 may choose INSURED PRIORITY MAIL for $7.65. (normal delivery is 2-5 days) 

•Orders subtotaling $75.00 or more receive FREE INSURED PRIORITY MAIL. *Orders subtotaling $150 or more will have complimentary SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION added to their package. 

Orders $0.00 to $250.00 may choose INSURED PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL for $25.00. (normal delivery is 1-2 days, depending upon location) *By selecting insured priority express shipping that does NOT mean your order will get processed faster at our facility. It simply means that your order will arrive faster via USPS once it leaves our facility.

(Gift Certificate purchases do not count towards free shipping.  Only tangible products being physically shipped to a location are eligible for free shipping) 

For an added level of protection, PRIIA™ Cosmetics also offers the option of purchasing SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION upon checkout.

INTERNATIONAL RETAIL ORDER SHIPPING FEES

•Canada/Mexico: Orders $0.00 to $149.99 or more may choose INSURED INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL for $29.95.

•Australia, New Zealand & United Kingdom: Orders $0.00 to $149.99 or more may choose INSURED INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL for $39.95.


*We do not ship to any other countries at this time.  Signature confirmation service is not available for International Priority Mail.

International orders: Once a package leaves the United States, there is no way for us to track its location until it reaches its destination.  Please be aware that a priority mail package normally takes 6-10 BUSINESS days to arrive once it leaves the United States, however, packages can take 30 business days or more to reach their final destination due to issues beyond our control. PRIIA™ Cosmetics is NOT responsible for the length of time it takes for your package to reach you such as items being held in customs for any reason. 

*For domestic and international packages, PRIIA™ Cosmetics is not responsible for unseen delays NOT caused by us such as: weather, failed delivery attempts, misplaced articles, incorrect addresses, packages left by carriers without signature confirmation, holidays, or any other possible situation that can cause delays beyond our control.

*Please note that USPS does not guarantee delivery dates with the exception of INSURED PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL. During peak shipping seasons (i.e.holiday season) please place your order(s) accordingly allowing additional shipping lead times.
 


LOST/MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES: *We have no control over orders once they leave our facility. We use delivery confirmation and electronic shipping labels for all domestic packages.  All packages are shipped with insurance and retail orders $150 or more are shipped with complimentary Signature Conformation Service, for added level of protection.

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR WAS STOLEN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

MY PACKAGE SAYS 'DELIVERED' BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT:

First, check to see if the carrier left an attempted delivery notice.  Sometimes a carrier may decide to attempt delivery at another time.  Most carriers will attempt up to 3 deliveries before a package is returned to us.

Here are some other suggestions to try:

Check your nearby surroundings and with other household members and/or neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.  Wait until the end of the day as sometimes a carrier will mark the package as 'delivered' when it's actually still in transit or at the post office.

If the above suggestions are not successful for you, please contact Customer Service immediately at information@priia.com.  


INCORRECT ADDRESS:
If an incorrect address was entered at the time of order placement, the customer is solely responsible for any and all charges for a replacement package. In the event that PRIIA™ Cosmetics has entered a shipping address incorrectly, we will gladly reship the package to the correct address without any additional costs to the customer.


UNDELIVERABLE/UNCLAIMED/REFUSED PACKAGES:
Packages that are refused, unclaimed or have failed delivery will be returned to PRIIA Cosmetics.  We will assess a 30% Restocking Fee.  The Restocking Fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.  Original shipping fees are not refundable. 


INCORRECT/MISSING ITEM(S):  Although we do our very best to insure 100% order accuracy, sometimes mistakes can happen.  If you receive an incorrect item or there are items missing from your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package.  We require a photo to be emailed to us of the incorrectly received item(s). Upon receipt of receiving the incorrect item(s), we will issue a corrected exchange at our expense along with a free gift for any inconvenience incurred.  We do not offer refunds on original shipping amounts paid.  Incorrect item(s) being returned MUST be in original saleable condition and all safety seals MUST be in tact.


DAMAGED ITEM(S): If your items are received damaged or opened, immediately contact Customer Service at: information@priia.com within 24 hrs of receiving your orderSave ALL original packing materials (i.e. box, packing peanuts, paper, etc.) along with your order invoice and damaged item(s). If you fail to notify Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of damaged/opened merchandise, there is no guarantee that a claim will be processed. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE REQUIRE A PHOTO/PHOTOS TO BE EMAILED TO US OF THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.


HOW PRIIA FILES CLAIMS FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Once a package has been reported as lost or stolen, PRIIA Cosmetics will open a case file with USPS on your behalf.  Please note that our insurance carrier requires a 21 day waiting period from the date the order was placed BEFORE a claim can be filed so that USPS can conduct an investigation.  The customer is required to wait during this timeframe and no further action will be taken by PRIIA Cosmetics until a claim can be filed. If the package cannot be located, we will file a claim on your behalf with Endicia.com. Once the claim is approved, PRIIA Cosmetics will either refund or re-ship the order, per the customer's request.  For orders that are being re-shipped, Signature Confirmation Service is mandatory.


HOW PRIIA FILES CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED GOODS:

Claims for shipping damages can be filed immediately.  Please contact Customer Service at: information@priia.com within 24 hrs of receipt of your package so that we can begin a claim for you. You MUST save ALL original packing materials (i.e. box, packing peanuts, paper, etc.) along with your order invoice and damaged item(s). No claims will be processed if the customer has disposed of any of the aforementioned items. 

Once we have collected your information (including photos of the damage), we will either refund or re-ship the item(s), per the customer's request.  If a customer requests a refund for the damaged item(s), PRIIA requires the customer to send back any and all damaged items to us (at the customer's expense) BEFORE we will process a refund. 

 *All claims must be reported within 60 days of the date of order placement. Claim requests will not be honored after 60 days of order placement. Neither PRIIA Cosmetics nor the United States Postal Service make any guarantee that a claim will be honored.  Fraudulent claims will be reported to the proper authorities.
