ORDER PROCESSING: PRIIA™ Cosmetics formulates in products in small, micro-batches with great care and pride in order to provide you with the freshest product possible and to extend the shelf life. Therefore, please allow 3-5 business days to prepare your order for shipment, however, most orders are shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). From to time, especially during busy holiday periods, your order may exceed this time frame. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to work within your specified time frame.

SHIPPING: We ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service. All packages are shipped using Priority Mail service. When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Express shipping is available upon request.
*Please note that choosing a faster shipping method such as EXPRESS MAIL or EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL does NOT mean that your order will be processed faster at our facility, but is only for faster, guaranteed delivery once your package is shipped. All orders are processed in the order in which they were received.
SHIPPING LEAD TIMES: We ship via USPS and use PRIORITY MAIL and INSURED PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL. For orders being shipped within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or US Protectorates, the average delivery time is 2-3 days from the time your order leaves our facility. For all Priority International orders, delivery time is 6-10 days from the time your order leaves our facility. However, international packages can take upwards of 30 days for delivery depending upon the final destination and the length of time your package may spend in customs.
*For international packages, PRIIA™ Cosmetics is NOT responsible for the length of time it takes for your package to reach you such as items being held in customs for any reason.
*For domestic and international packages, PRIIA™ Cosmetics is not responsible for unseen delays NOT caused by us such as: weather, failed delivery attempts, misplaced articles, incorrect addresses, packages left by carriers without signature confirmation, holidays, or any other possible situation that can cause delays beyond our control.
*Please note that during peak holiday times, delivery cannot be guaranteed by USPS, so please place your order(s) accordingly allowing additional shipping lead times.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Your business and your satisfaction is very important to us.
