Our exclusive acne-safe Velvet Foundation combines natural minerals to illuminate the complexion, with the added benefit of skin-nurturing botanicals and extracts. This formula includes our proprietary DERMA-CBI™ Complex which targets irritated and inflamed skin conditions.
Our Velvet Foundation is not runny like a liquid foundation nor is it hard like a traditional stick foundation- it’s in between the two. The texture is softer, like butter, and it provides a beautiful, customizable medium-to-full coverage finish that feels like silk. Easy to apply and blends out seamlessly for a radiant-looking complexion. Velvet Foundation offers versatility too as it can double as creamy concealer.
With PRIIA’s Velvet Foundation, you can achieve a radiant-looking, air-brushed complexion in a matter of minutes. This uber soft & skin-conditioning foundation is perfect for use after facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and laser procedures.

- Open the container. Scoop out a pea-sized amount of product onto back of your hand.
- Dab foundation onto sections of your face and blend out evenly over skin with our Foundation Blurring Brush or your favorite blender sponge. (*optional: apply a light layer HydraControl™ HD Powder prior to foundation)
- Apply more product if needed to achieve desired coverage. *For ultimate full-coverage, apply a layer of our Loose Mineral Foundation over our Velvet Foundation.
- Set with our Smoothing Finishing Powder or HydraControl™ HD Powder.
PRIIA® minerale-derm products have at least a 24-month shelf life. Customer Service can help answer questions regarding the shelf life of your specific product. In keeping with standard beauty industry hygiene recommendations, we advise that once opened, you use your product within 6-12 months.
Keep cap tightly closed on the bottle when not in use. Keep out of extreme temperatures.

I was so sad when priia discontinued their liquid foundation! I took a chance ordering a full size velvet foundation bottle in my color (warm beige). My order arrived this morning and I immediately had to try the foundation. I absolutely LOVE it! It applies so easy and I blended it with the blurring foundation brush and set it with hydracontrol powder. My skin looks gorgeous! My husband even mentioned that my makeup looks pretty. That alone is a miracle! To note: I am 53 years young and I still struggle with hormonal acne. This velvet foundation along with my other priia products makes me feel totally confident when I go out into the world!

I will be completely honest, I was so nervous it wouldn’t compare to the previous creme foundation which was my fave. But I am BLOWN AWAY by the velvet! 1st off, that’s seriously the perfect name for it bc that’s exactly how it looks on my skin…soft and smooth like velvet! I recently switched from using my MAC foundation because it was breaking me out so bad. I ordered samples of this Velvet foundation and was blown away by not only the super smooth texture but also the coverage! I found my perfect color which is Neutral beige and I’m never going back to any other foundation! I’ve also noticed that my skin is calming down- much less inflammation.

I have been using Priia products since I was 14 years old and struggled with cystic acne. I’m sure I have used all their products if not then most, but this is literally one of their best products yet. Compared to the foundation sticks or powder, this velvet foundation gives medium to full coverage with easy build up for hyper pigmentated spots or scarring and it really is super velvety! I currently have some eczema flare ups on my face and even with this foundation it managed to cover a lot of redness and made my skin look dewy. I truly hope they don’t change or replace this product, it is amazing and perfect.

This is the most beautiful liquid foundation I have ever tried. It feels weightless and offers full coverage with a dewy finish. My ONLY complaint is that I went through nearly the entire bottle in 3 weeks! For the price I would appreciate more product. For now, I’ll save it as my special occasion foundation.

I’ve tried many foundations, but this is by far the best one and my favorite. It gives such a natural look, I love the feel, great coverage, and you only need a tiny bit. I apply it with the PRIIA foundations brush and it goes on beautifully. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I took forever studying the color matching guide and chose the shade I thought would work best. Unfortunately the color did not turn out to be what it seemed as described on the guide. I absolutely love the feel of the foundation but the shade doesn’t work for me.

It’s taken me a long time to find a foundation that didn’t make me breakout. I heard about priia on instagram through Emily Morrow and Clearstem. I tried a bunch of samples and found my color match pretty quickly (Tawny was the best choice for my skin tone). I just love how my skin looks when I wear this foundation. Everything is evened out but it doesn’t look or feel heavy! I just ordered more samples of other priia products because I am switching out all of my makeup because I don’t want to worry about pore clogging ingredients!

Doesn’t cover acne scarring texture that well tbh but works well for dry skin. This doesn’t last long on face either so bought color correcting powder to try and offset that. Wish they offered a cream concealer but still love this product because I can trust it

My esthetician pointed me to Priia for acne safe makeup and I was so excited to see a cream liquid option. It took me a minute to figure out how to make this work best for me, but once I did, holy smokes I’m never using anything else! I use my fingers to apply a small amount, build as needed, and finish with a beauty blender and Priia’s finishing powder and setting essence. It is WONDERFUL. Thank you so much Priia for making an acne safe cream liquid foundation! Please don’t ever stop making it! Cream blushes next?! 🙂
