Fingers work better for applying Velvet foundation
I'm giving this brush 4 stars, since it is a good brush. The quality was fine. With that being said, I think the brush is unnecessary. I found I have better results applying the velvet foundation with my fingers, as the heat from your fingers melts the foundation and makes it more workable. I also didn't care for the angle of the brush. I think it would be better as a flat-face brush. I don't plan on using this brush again with PRIIA foundation. I could see it working for true liquid foundation.
