Your products are hand-crafted in small batches by skilled cosmetic artisans. We do not warehouse or stockpile our acne-safe cosmetics.
Therefore, your order will require approximately *3 to 5 business days (not including holidays & company closures) to process and prepare before it will ship. During busy times of the year (i.e. holiday season, sales, promotions, etc.) expect order processing lead time to be approximately *5-10 business days before your order will ship, regardless of the shipping service/speed chosen at checkout (*with the exception of customers who paid for rush processing).

As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

*If you need your order processed faster through our facility, please purchase 'rush processing' at checkout. If, for some reason, we are unable to accomodate rush processing for your order, you will be notified via email and your rush processing fee will be refunded.
