Hormonal acne, pregnant, and amazed with PRIIA
I first discovered PRIIA at my local acne specialist clinic. I went in to the acne clinic because I was experiencing mild hormonal cystic acne and then eventually got pregnant and battled first trimester acne. I’m clear now, but I was suggested to use PRIIA cosmetics. I will not use any other makeup since trying their powder foundation. I’ve tried their stick foundation and it gives a dewy look, but I already have a glowy look from my skincare routine so I use the powder to tone down the ‘oily’ look.
The color I use is Cashew during the winter months, but since I’ve been getting a little more sun in spring, I switched to Caramel. Caramel is just slightly darker. I use their Tinted Mineral SPF first as a primer and the foundation goes on perfectly. The powder foundation is very light (I use a little bit) and it gives me the natural look I want to achieve. I apply it in a dabbing motion all over my face with a brush. It doesn’t look cakey or dried at all, just smooth and natural. I was surprised it covered my acne scars and hyperpigmentation well. I use their powder blush in gingered rose.
For reference with color matching, I’m an Asian mom in her mid thirties with mature sensitive acne prone skin.

Best foundation I have ever used!
Priia where have you been all my life?? I'm 51 years old and recently started breaking out again. My niece told me to give your products a try. Well, I'm over the moon that I decided to take a chance with your brand! Never ever in my life I have gotten so many compliments on my skin! I've been told that I look radiant and that my skin looks healthy. The coverage is amazing yet it's lightweight on my face. I feel confident again wearing makeup and my skin is looking better and better each day. There is magic in this stuff!

Skin improved!
I heard about priia from Clear Stem skin care products. It was my thought that all mineral makeup was the same- I was totally wrong! Other powders always seemed to make my skin worse and I didn't know why. Since switching to the priia loose powder foundation, I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. It just looks more clear and it's not red and sensitive anymore. I'm so happy that I heard about priia and decided to give it a try. I will never use anything else again! Thank you so much for the products you make.

Becomes Cakey
The coverage is pretty good. I have cystic acne so it’s always difficult to find a product that won’t break me out and provides good coverage. However, this foundation tends to emphasize my skin texture a bit, especially under my eyes. My under eyes will look extremely dry and cakey even though I moisturized with an eye cream.
***PRIIA's Response: Alexa, if your foundation is looking 'cakey' it's because you're using too much. Start with only a small amount and add more if needed to spot conceal your acne. For under the eyes, this area will crease due to the fact that there's always movement. Be sure to let your under eye cream absorb well before applying foundation and only use a small amount. If not, the foundation will grab onto any excess eye cream and will look cakey and patchy.

Obsessed
I’ve been using this forever and I love love love it. I can finally not worry about getting breakouts. Coverage is amazing as long as you follow the stamp & blend technique. The only complaint I have is the packaging- the powder leaks out when I put it in my makeup bag, even with the lid tight. The powder lingers in the edges and that’s what falls out. Hopefully this can be fixed! I also wish there was a pressed powder version of this so I can take it on the go!

If you're trying to decide between this and the Bare Minerals mineral powder foundation, this is better. I tried both, and in my opinion, Priia's mineral powder foundation is smoother, has better color options for this pale girl, and wears the same throughout the day. The better variety of colors is what really sold me on Priia. I use Bisque, and it's just right for me. I have texture on my cheeks and this is the first foundation I've tried that really covers it all evenly in one application. Saves me a lot of time!

My favorite foundation!
I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about breaking out with this makeup line! This powder foundation makes my skin look so pretty! It doesn't cover my blemishes after a full coat on my face, but If I use a tiny concealer brush and the powder foundation to go back over those spots, then they are pretty much gone! I only have 2 complaints; 1, I wish they had more shades! I'm a very light olive skin tone and I wish they had a shade that matched me a bit better. 2, flashback. But that can’t be helped since it is a mineral powder foundation. So I use this for my everyday make up, but not for events where I know a lot of pictures will be taken. I still, once again, love this foundation, I just think that being honest is the most helpful for people thinking about buying!

Best foundation ever!
I heard about Priia cosmetics from an esthetician I followed online that specializes in acne treatment. I have been using face reality for over a year. I’m finally happy with how my skin looks but I am TERRIFIED of using makeup that could make it worse again. Priia is incredible! Great ingredients great products. I was willing to accept mediocre performance from this product because I was so happy with the ingredients. I never dreamed it would be this wonderful of a product! It really makes my skin glow and it looks so natural. It’s easy to build up or wear a light dusting. I have recommended this to my best friend who also purchased it and she also is obsessed! This is my new holy grail! I would 100% purchase again and recommend to everyone acne prone or not! I definitely recommend buying the samples first. I love that they offer them because I was able to find my 100% perfect match. Thank you Priia Cosmetics!

I’ve tried ALOT of foundations over the years. I’ve struggled with more acne lately and I was extremely anxious to give up liquid foundation which was aggravating my skin. This powder foundation covers blemishes as good if not better than liquid foundation. The benefits are quality and actually beneficial versus harming to the skin. I’m definitely going to be a long term customer.

Love it
Loving the foundation. The coverage is amazing for a loose mineral foundation. I think I might pick up a concealer in the future for my acne breakouts to spot conceal. The only complaint is the packaging. The mineral foundation leaks out pretty bad and it can get messy. I think with a sturdier container/lid would fix the issue. 100% being honest. I am obsessed with the formula overall and would definitely repurchase. As a fellow esthi I approve!

My new HG foundation!
I have been struggling with hormonal acne for over a year, and could no longer use my liquid foundation, due to pore clogging ingredients. Bare Minerals did not have a shade that matched my skin (dark with yellow/golden undertones). I found another small brand with many shades, but it was not a great shade fit, left a shiny finish, did not provide good coverage, and was not completely acne safe. I am SO glad I found Priia! I ordered samples first, found my shade (Toffee), and ordered the full size with refill baggie because I NEVER want to be without this foundation. I like the light texture, full coverage, great tone matching, and the fact that it will not aggravate my acne and undo the hard work that my facialist and I are doing. I strongly recommend!!

Been using Priia for years now
It's about time I left a review! As the title states, I've been a dedicated Priia customer for a couple years now. This powder is the only foundation that I feel works on my skin (combination/acne) and actually has full coverage. However, the reason for 4 stars is because I feel that this powder doesn't stay put on my face. Whenever I touch it or kiss my boyfriend, it ends up all over him. I have to touch it up multiple times a day. For the entire time I've been using this powder, I have tried multiple different products underneath it to try and see if it's something else, but even just wearing this powder alone doesn't make it stay put. I've even tried multiple setting powders and those don't help and actually make things worse. I honestly don't plan on wearing anything else despite this issue, because it's the only foundation that has full coverage AND doesn't break me out, but I just wish this problem could be fixed!

Gave me my confidence back!
I am a believer! After deciding to start an acne clearing journey to get my skin clear once and for all, I knew I had to evaluate all my cosmetics as well. I LOVE makeup, particularly foundation but after going through all my makeup only one foundation made the cut. I didn't want to spend all this effort to clear my skin only to use products that contributed to my acne. Priia's mineral foundation comes highly recommended as an "acne-safe" makeup but I was skeptical about it's coverage (I have a good amount of PIH) an have been disappointed my mineral makeup in the past. I submitted my photo for a color match, was given several suggested shades and ordered samples of the loose mineral foundation. Well let me say WOW, this makeup is good! I used a flat top brush for more coverage and it looks beautiful. Smooth coverage, not at all powdery and so lightweight. It feels so great to have a makeup that gives me the confidence traditional makeup gave me without making my skin worse. I love that I can wear this regularly while also continuing to improve my skin. Thank you Priia!

I was introduced to this brand by my esthetician who uses only face reality products. As a makeup lover, and mean lover of all things Sephora, it was hard to switch over to a mineral foundation let alone change to exclusively use one brand of acne safe makeup. I was skeptical of this foundation. But as I use it more I love it more. My skin has been getting clearer as I work with my esthetician and have switched over to priia. Order samples and do a shade test with them. Let the product sit for a few minutes and it’s almost like it changes colors to match your skin.

My Goldilocks Foundation!
I have tried so many foundations that always made break out. I heard of PRIIA from an Instagram post and decided to try some samples after doing a foundation match with them on this site. I couldn't believe I got a perfect color match! I wear Warm Beige and I get so many compliments on my skin now and I never had that before. I've also noticed that my skin actually looks better when my makeup is off.
I have tried so many foundations that always made break out. I heard of PRIIA from an Instagram post and decided to try some samples after doing a foundation match with them on this site. I couldn't believe I got a perfect color match! I wear Warm Beige and I get so many compliments on my skin now and I never had that before. I've also noticed that my skin actually looks better when my makeup is off.

Disappointed
I have very oily, acne prone skin and have always used BareMinerals, due to my Face Reality aesthetician's recommendation that Priia and BareMinerals loose powders are the only one without pore cloggers. I bought the brush, the primer, the mattifying powder, the setting powder and no matter what I try this foundation seems to smudge very easily and settles into my pores by the end of the day!! I wanted to like it so badly, I even ordered 3 different color samples because despite being color matched they all made me look like a washed out vampire (and I am almost always the lightest foundation shade in any makeup). I am glad this works well for some, just doesn't seem to be in the cards for me. I even watched the instructional video for application techniques and tried mixing it with the skin spritz to try it as a liquid. I will continue to use the mattifying powder, concealer, blushes, tinted moisturizer and the other products, though. I can see why this product is so amazing for others and I am jealous!

If you're experiencing 'makeup slide' that's usually due to skin care products not being absorbed enough yet. Also, make sure to only use a pea-sized amount of primer before foundation. Let your skin care products absorb better, use a tiny amount of primer and then try the foundation again. We hope that helps!

The absolute best
This is the best makeup I've ever used. It has a beautiful finish and has buildable coverage. I am pretty oily, and this seems to keep a satin-ish finish throughout the day with minimal breakdown on T Zone area. It really wears nicely and looks really natural. Also, it's great for my acne-prone skin. IN LOVE!

I will never use another foundation
I have been using this foundation for almost four years now. I recommend it to everyone that I can. It has incredibly full coverage and helps to cover the large pores around/on my nose. I still use a concealer to cover any bright red acne but other than that, this foundation covers any blemishes. It is very long-lasting, especially paired with a primer and setting spray. I love how it feels and looks on my skin. I never have to worry about my crease lines showing on my face which is a bonus.
I have been using this foundation for almost four years now. I recommend it to everyone that I can. It has incredibly full coverage and helps to cover the large pores around/on my nose. This is hands down THE BEST make up I have ever used. I have dealt with acne my entire life, and after a few weeks of using this product my skin is the best it has ever looked. Not only does this product not make me break out, it actually seems to improve my skin. The coverage is amazing. I have received so many compliments since I started wearing this make up. As someone who has struggled for so many years, finding products like this makes such a huge difference in my life.

Can't be without
The best mineral foundation I have ever worn! This is the ONLY foundation that when I wear it I get compliments on my skin. This is my secret to having my complexion look flawless. I don't breakout when I wear this which is a godsend. Plus, my skin doesn't itch when I use priia's foundation. I will always use this product.

I have been a PRIIA customer for over two years now and can't say enough good things about it. When Bare Minerals changed their formula a few years ago and started making me break out, I was devastated. I was introduced to PRIIA by my acne specialist and it has truly been an answer to prayer. The coverage is incredible and the color is gorgeous! It has literally been the only makeup that doesn't irritate my extremely acne prone skin.

For years I used expensive foundations that left my sensitive skin with painful inflamed acne. I eventually visited an esthetician who informed me that not only were the products I was using terrible for skin but that these products were the cause of my misery. She suggested I try PRIIA and I've been using it for years now. I love the coverage I get with the mineral foundation and that I can build it up if I need too. I also use the mineral foundation as a concealer. I just dip my concealer brush into the product and pat it on any active spots or areas that need a little extra coverage. You can use it around your eyes too but I find that it doesn't cover my circles (they're a light purple) one-hundred percent. Regardless, this is my go-to foundation and I absolutely recommend this product if you suffer from acne or want to use a product that's actually good for your skin.

Only makeup I trust
I have been usimg this makeup for at least the last 2-3 years. It
Is the only makeup that I 100% trust and that gives me the coverage I want. If I ever have am occassional breakout I never have to second guess if my makeup is the culprit. Love it.

Best Mineral Powder Foundation Available
I have tried every mineral foundation on the market and Priia is my HG (aka Holy Grail). No breakouts, no shiny "tin man" look, never looks or feels heavy--it is like my skin, only better.

Best mineral foundation
This stuff is awesome. A little goes a long way and I build up coverage in my acne areas to hide the blemishes. This powder is ultra ultra fine so using the right type of brush is imperative to getting even coverage. I am Hispanic & Italian, so I am very fair in the winter and tan in the summer. The Golden Beige was too fair for me right now, so I purchased the Golden Tan for the summer. I got a sample of the Vacation in a Jar bronzer from my esthetician to help tone down the Golden Beige until my Golden Tan arrives. I use the Oil Control Primer Powder underneath my powder foundation and it helps keep it on all day. This stuff reallllly makes your skin glow and look beautiful. I would never ever ever go back to drug store products again after discovering Priia.

I have acneic skin and this product was recommended to me by a provider. It is absolutely wonderful! I didn't think it would have the coverage I was looking for, but I was wrong. I have never worn foundation because I did not like the way it felt on my skin. Loose mineral foundation always settled into my fine lines and made me look ten years older. Not with this mineral foundation! I love this product and can not wait to tell everyone.
